The Annual Christmas Picnic

Back when I held my annual Christmas feast indoors, you could guarantee that the day would be a scorcher.

Since making the decision to move the feast outdoors, we've had some of the coldest Melbourne days on record.  One year it was even BYO beanies and blankets!

However, the Melbourne weather God's smiled down on me yesterday.

A perfect day for a picnic.

I had a smile from ear to ear all day long!

A big thank you to my gorgeous Godson for happily helping me set up the little dessert table.  Hmmm...I wonder if an ulterior motive was in play here.....
