The mid-week burger

If you're looking for a quick and simple mid-week meal without all the bells and whistles, but lots of fresh flavour, then you should really take a look at The Stone Soup Website (here).  I'm loving the pure simplicity of it (no brain cells need to be used at all!), as Jules has given me 10 ingredients to make 5 meals!

If you're looking for recipes that challenge your culinary skill level, or if your looking for deeper levels of flavour in your food, then these recipes are not for you.  However, for the amount of ingredients used (and it goes without saying, using the best quality you can afford) and the quick, simple way the ingredients are assembled - these dishes are fantastic! 

All I can say is that they've popped into my life at just the right time.  Thanks again Jules.
