I briefly mentioned recently how wonderful and important it is to eat foods high in antioxidants for our body’s.

Also mentioned was how super easy it is to add these “superfoods” to our everyday meals - eating a variety of colourful fruits, veggies, herbs and spices will pretty much ensure you’ve added antioxidants into your body.
