Since opening its cover, this book has quite simple changed my life. Since that first turn of the page, I’ve been researching more and more on Ayurvedic – some principles, I will admit, don’t sit 100% comfortably with me right at this point in time (perhaps I’m not quite ready for it all as yet), but a large proportion has me craving to know more and more.
My predominant dosha is Pitta, so of course the recipe I chose to help cool my fiery nature (especially during the hot months of Summer) is…
