I flood my body with an abundance of nutrient-dense, plant-based wholefoods, including veggie juices (plant medicine) and specific supplements and herbs for immune support, blood sugar balance and detoxification.
Not only hydrating with water (ALWAYS adding in bio-available minerals), I hydrate through “eating” water. This means eating more water-rich plant foods like cucumber, lettuce, fresh berries and melons - all of which have over 90% water.
Keeping my cells and cell membrane healthy to help stop any unwanted toxins, viruses and heavy metals from entering AND staying in my body is a MUST for me. This is a major factor when starting a healing journey and/or maintaining optimal health.
I work on ensuring my drainage pathways are open allowing toxins and waste to leave my body and NOT re-circulate. Using tools such as enemas, castor oil packs, infra-red sauna, Epsom salt baths and dry skin brushing as well as taking herbal binders to “mop up” any toxins released into my body.
Our beautiful bodies were meant to be moved, not punished, and for me, this includes daily movement from walking to pilates and ballet classes, helping me feel energised, happy, and confident. I also include rebounding to help get my lymphatic system moving.
For me, food alone is not enough, however the powerful combination of food AND lifestyle changes works miracles. Focussing on quality sleep, managing stress levels, improving my air quality, getting plenty of sunlight exposure and removing toxins/chemicals from my environment.
